NORT 2010 - Stage 3 - TV footage analysis
Below is provided an overview of the TV footage from NORT 2010 - Stage 3 - Chasing start. The mens race is considered.
Summary
This is one of the few chasing start races which has been covered by a full TV production. "Proof" that chasing start can work for TV: Good combination of TV splits with GPS tracking made it possible to tell a good story which works well - interchanging fluently between them, although there are still a bit too many uninteresting pictures due to limited amount of cameras. The "spreading diamond" gave a bit lengthy GPS-tracking with situation difficult to explain - a variant of the graphics from World Cup Liberec 2011 Long could maybe make it more understandable for the viewer.

Worked well
- Combination of GPS and TV footage worked very well
Did not work well
